I thought it was very clever and was looking forward to keeping my eggs protected and a loaf of bread on the fridge. If you need it to carry stuffed eggs to a party this will probably work fine (hence 2 stars instead of one), but will it be used for storing eggs? You have formed! I've never had that happen to me with eggs. I don't know why they got moldy, but after the first time I thought I did something wrong, so I washed the container with dish soap, rubbed it with vinegar and let it air dry. Then I tried again. Again the eggs were moldy! I'm so mad I tried a second time instead of returning them in the return window and getting my $18 back. Now I've passed the return deadline and I don't know what to do with it. I think I'll find someone who can use it to transport party food.
