I like that we have personalized notes for each client! It makes it so easy to keep up-to-date records about who has seen what documents when as well as how many copies they received from us vs those sent out directly via email etc.
There are some minor issues such as having too much information at once which is difficult sometimes but overall this program does exactly what you want - keeps track of everything related to paperwork. We use simply noted primarily because there's no need for extra forms since all pertinent info regarding correspondence goes into simple notations rather than separate pieces of paper.
