Thinner than expected, black elastic cord and woven mesh cuff. All four corner cord loops are simply sewn together, not crimped or reinforced. There are no mounting points or mounting posts to attach the top two grommets to the top side panels of the trunk. Supplied with 4 plastic hook ends, two pre-installed and two for additional attachment to the remaining corner loops. No instructions, pictures, cautions, warranty information, or contact information in the box. Bought two oversized elastic o-rings from Ace Hardware and used to complete the installation (using 4 hooks provided). Just looks "good" but not the OEM look or feel.
