At first it was not very comfortable, the ears really felt discomfort during long use. Great headphones for walking and exercising. If I had to choose headphones again, I would take these. Has pros: Great sound and flexible settings. Good equipment, design, functionality, battery life. Some cons: Communication is interrupted (depends on specific locations in the city), in other places there are no problems. JBL - you definitely need to improve the app on your phone (software part)
