Update: Paint is peeling off handles and faucets a year after installation. After the great customer service I received with my drain fittings I really wanted to be happy with these faucets. I think there's a reason these faucets aren't expensive. I bought two double vanity faucets in my bathroom. About a month after installation, the plastic seal around the drain pipes broke on both. The faucets were easy to install but I had no intention of taking them off and sending them back. I also had a return period. I replied to an email I received from PARLOS saying the drains were broken and they sent me two new whole pieces of drain. It took a while but finally I got both and now I can install them and hopefully won't have any more problems. I used plumber's putty, although the instructions clearly state that this is not the case. I figured it wouldn't make much of a difference. I made the wrong choice and they replaced the parts anyway. I only communicated with customer support via email, but it was very easy. The actual faucets seem to be of pretty good quality and were so easy to install. Much easier than removing old faucets.
