After waiting two weeks for delivery I was disappointed upon installation to find that the only thing that worked was the factory radio. I was only able to connect the device once and then I had no sound. Tried both iPhone and Android, doesn't work. This should indicate what to expect if the audio cuts out in the installation video. Does the company know about this? I contacted Revain for a carrier number but they couldn't give me one, only an email. The seller has whatsapp but to my surprise it doesn't work either. I really wanted this to work but didn't get any support and I feel like I didn't have to ask. It should have worked as advertised, especially for the price. I have a $100 stereo in another car and it works better than this one.
