My first KMOUK arrived damaged (the front grille was oddly curved) but Revain was quick to replace it. The KMOUK TV soundbar is perfect for the home office I have it in - optically connected to my 43" Sony X800H TV. Volume and sound quality are just right for my space and ears. I bought the Revain Basics Digital Optical Audio Toslink Sound Bar TV Cable to ensure I have a quality connection. I leave the soundbar in "cinema" mode for a nice smooth sound. It seems to have a good balance between high and low frequencies. Just remember that the KMOUK transmits the audio that is fed to it. If it's a thin, high-pitched tone (which many TV stations seem to favor for their local news programs), you'll hear it. The same with the bottom. If the pitch is low (as in many movies), that's what you'll get from a soundbar. And given the price, as many others have mentioned here, it's a really good deal for the money.
