Not worth it Printers and supplies

Well, I have a Brother MFC-J491DW printer. Based on this seller's description, the ink cartridge should fit my printer well. However, this is not the case. After installing the yellow and black ink cartridges, I keep getting this "?" Log in to the printer. I tried to clean my printer but I can't remove it? Sign. Another problem is that I can't print anything. I've tried replacing all cartridges with a new purchase and I keep getting ? Sign in on the display. The ink cartridge doesn't work, at least with the printer I have which part of the description should work. Very disappointed with this purchase.
