This is a very attractive and superbly finished piece of equipment. It works pretty well and has a lot of pressure. I have to deduct a star because this flushing thread is awkward to use. It will get easier after a few uses, however, you must always keep the device upright when using, otherwise the water will not splash. After a few times, you'll learn that you only need to move about 1/2 inch vertically between the top and bottom teeth, and then move it horizontally around the teeth at gum level. It is not easy to position the nozzle in relation to the on/off button and to find the button while holding the device near the chin when the nozzle is spraying in the mouth. A raised button helps. It is difficult to fully insert the nozzles and also to remove the nozzle. Tongue cleaner sprays a hard stream of water onto the tongue, but doesn't clean it as well as a real short-bristled tongue brush. In addition, you should fill the water tank at least two, possibly three times to complete the brushing, and after each fill, hold it in your mouth until the tank is empty. Otherwise water will run into the room. Would I buy this again or recommend it? Definitely yes, as it gets the job done and is small enough to take with you on the go and store easily.
