If I get free sheet music for my hands, I'd rather forgo the keyboard and tablet keyboard and write with a pen. This pen gives me that ability. Writes beautifully (except for my handwriting with a chicken scratch). It's also fun to draw and paint with, although I'm not an artist. It feels durable and I like that the tip can be replaced if it ever wears out, but it feels durable enough to last quite a while. The only thing I'm afraid of is losing the cap, but as long as you put it on the end of the pen I think you'll be fine. It's definitely an accessory I always keep handy with my tablet because it makes writing so much easier for me. I use the Google Handwriting app so any keystrokes can be converted to handwriting.
