The ease of use! It's intuitive to navigate around this system - I can find everything that i need very quickly without having too much trouble with it at all (which was my biggest problem when using other systems). There isn't really anything bad about any aspect as far has being able tto access patient information goes but if there were something negative then maybe we could have avoided some problems down road? Definitely recommend giving them an opportunity because they do offer so many different options depending upon what type/size business needs their software fulfills which makes things easier than just one off-the shelf solution like most companies would provide otherwise.. Accessing medical files easily between providers within our office; easy way finding certain patients' info once found by searching through database rather looking up each individual file manually.; also been given option during set ups process allowing us not only be setup properly before going live however helping avoid issues after launch date such ass keeping track how long people had used particular.
