Useful and aesthetically pleasing design
I always like to have a cup of coffee or tea during the working day, but it takes me forever to finish a cup and mostly when I'm half done the coffee/tea is cold. This product is perfect for people like me and I love how it looks on my desk - very minimalistic and classy. I was a little apprehensive because the instructions say to use a flat-bottomed mug and all my mugs are slightly raised around the perimeter of the bottom, but it still did the job of keeping my drink warm. Overall very satisfied with the product.
