This waterproof mascara is a bright black color that is attractive when applied to my lashes. It didn't fall off or rub off when I used it. It is advertised as having regenerating properties for the health of my eyelashes. It is not hypoallergenic. When I wear it my eyes start to burn and sting after about 20 minutes.
