Lightning damage to my Lenovo with the same specs as this computer. I have been happy with ACER in the past and the repair shop that recovers my data recommended ACER. The boot process is noticeably slow and all functions work with a delay compared to Lenovo. McAfee infects every program! chief complaint; The fly-sized saltine cracker keyboard features hotkeys that cannot be disabled or remapped. Press F2 and the computer goes to sleep (great!). Press F3 and the email program, which I don't use (and you never will), opens in two windows, so you'll have to close both of them. Both ACER and the Microsoft fan base said "SOL". There is no way to change the features of this system. "NO WAY"! No way, but you programmed this machine!?!?!? Anyway, if you use a program like Corel Draw and have 30 years of muscle memory using those F-keys to zoom in and out, then grab some super glue and hold those keys together tight! PS: My first review included a transcript of my chat with ACER Tech Support about keyboard issues. This review has been removed.
