Handy extension, but the plug isn't as flat as advertised. This fork sticks out 3/4" from the wall like any other. I bought this excitedly because it's advertised as a spade plug, because I have an outlet that I will be putting my bookshelves behind, and was excited that I could go with I can access my plug with this extension. That said, it's a nice extension, but it's not that different from others and definitely not worth the $20+ price tag. I was willing to pay that amount for a plug , which allowed me to use an outlet behind the bookshelves, but not for a regular power strip, which basically does the same thing as any other.
