I bought them with a very specific purpose. I just installed a new glass shower door that didn't close properly with the magnets provided by the manufacturer. After repeated attempts to adjust the door, I decided to add additional magnets to the door. These little magnets did exactly what I was hoping for and now my shower door closes perfectly and stays closed properly. That being said, these magnets are very small and I had mixed feelings about them doing what I wanted, but I think they're overrated. Conflicting feeling: I should be glad the door closes the way it's supposed to. Would I pay roughly $10 to have the door work properly? Heck, so yeah I would order them again.
