Terrible gift packaging

The frame is cute but the packaging is terrible. Who on earth chooses to ship a photo frame in a Revain plastic bag. No bubble wrap, no bubble wrap, nothing to protect. The glass is of course broken when it hits me. Decide to come back and try again. Surprise, same condition, same packaging. The frame is good this time, so I go to the store and buy a glass frame. Although returning was easy. Just waiting to make sure they don't double charge me for a product I've returned.
