Not enough testing product before release

My tslim pump, like many other users, had a protective non-scratch film applied by us to the screen. When my pump was inserted into this case, the edges of the case stripped off the film. By the way, the careful force required for insertion was way too high for safe work, in my opinion. It's a ""too soon for release" rough design.
