Dissatisfied with the Claims of Sustainability Made by BeeGreen

BeeGreen's claims that their products are environmentally friendly left me feeling unsatisfied, both as a conscientious shopper and as a champion for sustainable fashion. In spite of the fact that they offer a range of environmentally friendly products, I was under the impression that their strategy to sustainability as a whole was deficient. The majority of their clothing and shoe choices were constructed from man-made materials, and the manufacturing process behind their jewelry was not explained in detail. In addition, their luggage and other travel tools appeared to prioritize style over either durability or sustainability, despite the fact that both are important. From a corporation whose name includes the word "green," I had hoped to see a more extensive and sincere commitment to environmentally responsible business practices. I have high hopes that BeeGreen will examine their supply chain and the products they sell in order to more accurately reflect the nature of their company.

Pros
  • clothing and accoutrements that are both stylish and fashionable
Cons
  • greater costs than some rivals
