The discs come on a USB stick, for some reason it wasn't recognized on my windows computer, but it also comes with a CD and you can go straight to the website and download the discs from there. My concern is that you're trying to take up as little space on your desk as possible, but on the back of this unit you have a network connection and a connection to your computer, so you can't stick labels directly onto the back of the unit. Because you have cable connections here. You'll need to place the labels further back and disconnect or set aside the cables to accommodate your labels. I wish they would put the connector on the side of the device or provide some sort of tray where you can lift the labels off the table and attach them to the back of the device. I had no problem setting up printing from Shippo or any other major label manufacturer. Again, on the site, they show you detailed information on how to set them up specifically for each one, depending on what you're using. The print is fast and dark. Overall I am happy with this find and it meets my needs and I would definitely recommend it. I took off a star for the build quality and cable placement which gets in the way of the stack of labels. Hopefully this can be fixed in a future model. .
