Oh my god, this is the bane of my existence. We ordered it and spent hours setting it up. WILL NOT WORK WITH YOUR PS4. It will turn it on, but you still need the remote control. After struggling with setup I spent two hours on the phone with tech support and they were very helpful. After the call he was still having trouble getting it to work properly. The lock screen option didn't go away after I changed the settings. It didn't integrate with my HTPC at all. All it does is turn on my projector, then turn on my AV and change the input. It turns my cable box on, but I rarely use it and mostly watch HTPC or PS4 (BlueRay). I still use the remotes that came with the devices or just use the free apps on my phone. I suggest saving over $250, download free apps for your devices on your phone and use them that way. I have no line of sight as our cinema is in a separate room and all our AV equipment is on a shelf in another room. Having a bunch of remotes in a dedicated theater room doesn't look good, so I made them do just about anything. I still need to use other remotes and just replaced the projector remote with this one. Another issue I've encountered is with simple functions like volume up and volume down. You need to unlock the screen, go to devices, select your AV and then change the volume. Sometimes it won't let me hold +/- to quickly change the volume and I have to press it for every dB. Rather annoying. If you unlock the screen and accidentally touch it with your thumb, I got 5 out of 10 times using this. The first button that boots up is the power off button. So the whole thing ends and you have to start all over again. Every time this happens my HTPC gets messed up and not only do I have to restart the AV and projector, I also have to restart the HTPC manually because the HDMI interrupt is messing up the audio. from a computer. I've been waiting to set this thing up and regret ever buying it. My phone with connected applications works much better, is always with me and has more flexibility than this device. And all connected apps are free.
