I'm not a buffer specialist!
Rotates at different speeds depending on the setting chosen. I probably should have put in a DA buffer because I think I could put swirl marks all over my black truck. But I'm not entirely sure because I can't see them all the time. I managed to buff out a few scratches on my pickup truck. You know, because it's a pickup and I use it like one. It gets scratches every now and then. It's better than doing nothing.
