I like that it is very easy to use for guests as well us! It's so simple you can't go wrong with this software!! There are some things about guest manager which could be improved but nothing too big of an issue at all because everything works great. If your looking into something new in hotel industry then definitely try out Gmanger. ! You will not regret using GMangwer its one stop shop if anything ever goes awry or needs help just call customer service they have been extremely helpful when we need them most. !!
