After my coffee pool at work decided to stop working and our drug dealer took his coffee maker home I got it as a backup and my coffee always has the right size and always hot when i want it. No longer diluting the dirt they call coffee at the whim of my co-workers, I made a stronger drink for myself until I almost started drinking my black coffee. I only have one complaint (albeit minor) about the craftsmanship of the product. The part that delivers hot water to the spout is connected to the lid via a very thin piece of plastic, although it's quite small it looks like it's going to break with regular use. Next thing I don't have. the answer to the question what should I do if/when I ruin the coffee filter. How does a break come about? There are no replacement parts in the box and I assume the manufacturer expects you to buy another one. Just be very gentle with him.
