I took the coffee maker out of the box and one of the lid tabs broke off. The bracket that lifts the water sleeve off the ground also broke on first use. Half a gallon of water went through and it still has a bad plastic taste. The style and design is there, but the price is low because it's so poorly made. If they doubled the price for using quality materials, that would be a completely different review.

Bad: Slow. If you're used to a Keurig or any other fast coffee maker, this is going to drive you nuts. It takes about 5 minutes to prepare a 14 ounce cup. It also doesn't have a timer to set it to run whenever you want. Pros: It's small. Easy to clean. The coffee comes out VERY HOT.
