Bad: Slow. If you're used to a Keurig or any other fast coffee maker, this is going to drive you nuts. It takes about 5 minutes to prepare a 14 ounce cup. It also doesn't have a timer to set it to run whenever you want. Pros: It's small. Easy to clean. The coffee comes out VERY HOT. This was an issue with my Keurig, not getting hot or staying hot enough. This will make the coffee hot. Love it. You don't have to eat for a long time. Turn on the power and it starts (everything drips slowly). So I'm happy. I just start drinking coffee, then get dressed or do something else for a few minutes.
