I have bi-lateral Epicondylitis. I have been using these elbow sleeves for several years now. I have worn these out and gotten new ones 3 times now. I wear these everyday all day, so I do tend to wear them out quicker than most normal wear and tear would. I have tried other brands and have gone right back to these. If you are looking for a good product in copper compression sleeves, you will be happy with these. - These are not as long as pictured. They are tight. Use it to keep are warm but does not work well
