I have used Lexmark printers for many years and have been very happy with them, but this is the worst printer I have ever tried. I bought it in May 2013 and in August 2013 the printhead got stuck and wouldn't initialize. The printer kept reporting "paper jam", there was no "paper jam". I asked the seller for help, but in response he regretted your luck, but the warranty period had expired. After numerous resets and a manually forced printhead reset, the printer worked for a while and then jammed again. It never prints reliably. This goes in the trash. It's time to try another brand as Lexmark no longer makes inkjet printers. I think they may have been "out of business" when this happened.
