Another update: my last update I changed my rating to 5 stars because their customer service sent me another selfie stick that wasn't broken. All I did was open it up and make sure it wasn't broken, but I didn't try to use it. Today I tried to use it and the stand is so flimsy and plastic it won't stand on its own. The whole purpose of my purchase was to use the stand to take a full length photo of myself and I can't do that. There is nothing worse than a product that is advertised as having an important feature and then that feature doesn't work. I think you get what you pay for. I think, I'll just buy a better brand. Update: They contacted me and sent me a replacement selfie stick that works fine! Excellent customer service! Cheap! Bought this for my girls on vacation! Broken leg on day one! Not a solid tripod! Save money and choose another brand!
