I had no problems with the watch other than poorly written and minimal instructions. Once I had the app and pairing, I was able to use the interface to tweak settings and choose from a variety of faces. I "accidentally" discovered how to connect the watch for phone calls (swipe up and tap the vibrating exclamation mark) and now phone calls work fine too. I went to the doctor the other day and they took my blood pressure which was VERY close to what my watch read. The battery easily lasts 4 or 5 days (probably more, but I charge it just in case).
