This synchronizer is a perfect match for my 2001 Mazda B3000 3.0. However, the sensor screwed on top (black plastic part) does not accept the connection to my truck. It has two pins in the right place, but there's a step halfway to the connector that makes the sensor socket too small for the connector to push in and snap into place. THAT'S ME WHAT THE INSTALLATION COMMENTS TALK ABOUT WHEN IT SAYS "WITH THE STEP ON THE FORK". Unfortunately I overlooked this. However, the synchronizer is less expensive than other sources that don't include the tool and gauge that this part adds for free. If you go through many U-tube manuals you'll find that no tools are needed and you don't have to find the TDC position if you mark the exact synchro position before pulling it and taking a picture or two. as backup. Conclusion: Great value for the money, the proverbial "chirp" cured, but check the sensor socket BEFORE installation to see if you're using your old one or need to dremel the stage.
