Ceramic blades are safer than metal blades
This is an amazing pizza cutter! I threw away the traditional metal-bladed pizza cutter, which quickly dulled. It was difficult and dangerous to clean by hand. I like how the blade separates from the holder. The holder is on a hinge rather than a flimsy plastic joint.
