. How well they worked. I used them for three different loads of laundry. shirts. Everything, every load came out like I was using my regular dryer sheets (except for the smell of the dryer sheets). I will work towards it. My hesitation is due to small bumps on the surface of the cactus; You can see them on the product page photos. I'm not saying they will cause problems, they haven't been there yet; I'm just too careful. So, if you've never used anything like this (and I've never used it), you'll have to get used to this: a little "popping" noise coming from your dryer. a little hide and seek; 2 out of 3 downloads, one of which was hidden in one of the washed items. I didn't really miss the smell of the dryer. Even though I use less detergent than my front loader allows, I could still smell the detergent in my clothes, a clean and fresh smell. The set I received was white not green. They definitely offer a good option/alternative, especially for towels that we shouldn't use traditional fabric softeners on. Mine were static free and felt good after drying. I like them and will use them; glad i ordered them. Yes, I'll probably still use dryer sheets, but a lot less now; more green (in my pocket) and more green for the planet. I hope this review has helped you make an informed purchasing decision.
