Attempted to drill a hole in concrete. The service is completely unsatisfactory. The carbide tip is too small to go through concrete. Don't waste money and time trying to use it. I almost burned my drill bit trying to use a 10mm bit. Tried different speeds. Bought a drill bit from another manufacturer with a larger carbide tip and better cutting flute which drilled 8 holes in the concrete steps to install the railing in minutes.
