Mine came with no instructions or hardware. It's supposed to come with the hardware. I had to go to Lowes and buy the right anchors. It's mounted on the concrete wall of my garage. The bag only weighs 100 pounds but the arm is very flexible. When you hit the pouch you can hear the pry bar move, almost like a string on a harp or guitar. I hope this mount will hold up as the size and design seems great. I think if they used something thicker and stronger it would be a MUCH higher quality product but it would also make it more expensive.
