I used it on a wall, not a concrete wall so I added wood to make it more secure. I wouldn't recommend using it on a regular wall unless it's light punches and light kicks.

This hanger is easy to use for two people. I can hold a heavy bag well and when my husband is using the bag in the garage I can hardly hear him inside the house. Very stable

I ordered a 36" long 1000 lbs mount. The shipping box was open and all the screws and fasteners were missing. How can I get a replacement for the Hardware that should be included in this heavy bag mount or should I just send it back ASAP?

The bracket is not 16" wide so you cannot mount it on studs in the wall without additional wood. I used two pieces of 2x10 running horizontal lags bolted to the studs and carriage bolts on the bracket. This meant I had to drill holes for a larger bracket. Therefore, the installation was not easy. The mount isn't very strong even with a 90lb bag. It flexes a bit with the bag on it and shakes when the bag is hit. Mine came with no instructions or hardware. It's supposed to come with the hardware. I had to go to Lowes and buy the right anchors. It's mounted on the concrete wall of my garage. The bag only weighs 100 pounds but the arm is very flexible. When you hit the pouch you can hear the pry bar move, almost like a string on a harp or guitar. I hope this mount will hold up as the size and design seems great. I think if they used something thicker and stronger it would be a MUCH higher quality product…
