Our company purchased 14 XL cartridges for our HP Officejet Pro 8100 printers on August 9, 2017. It's not uncommon for us to stock up on consumables, so this entire order hasn't been used up until last week. EVERY CARTRIDGE is bad. None of our printers recognize these bad cartridges! This was an order performed directly by Revane/Revane Prime. Of course the return period has expired so we lost $303.86 and have 14 full XL cartridges that don't work with any of our HP Officejet Pro 8100 printers. I see other recent reviews from others saying the same problem. How can this be allowed? Cartridges differ slightly in terms of the printing on the labels on the side of the cartridges. Defective cartridges are marked "For use in US and Canada only Z10". Our other GOOD cartridges don't say this - our GOOD cartridges say (in the same place on the label) 'For Single Use Only'. Looks like we'll have to buy our cartridges locally again and pay more. But at least we know they will work.
