Review on keytech PLM by Ken Reiff

I like how easy KeyTech's software solution to develop projects or products with partners as any of them are in one place (we can see all information about our customers) and it allows us have almost everything we need for product development at once - from design through manufacturing and even logistics/service part! Our main advantage here is that there is no need to spend time searching different sources; you just go straight to your customer. But nothing really comes out positive yet. We're looking forward how this will help for increasing business with better efficiency. It could be easier if they provide some more templates, so users do not always follow their own way when creating new documents. And sometimes it takes too long because of errors while typing data into form fields. Also during document uploads there may happen problems such uploading multiple versions of same file. Or maybe due to incorrect user input, files cannot uploaded correctly and system returns error messages instead? This happens quite often, but overall.
