The best feature is that we are able get insights into what people think about their city without having someone asking them directly! I wish it was more customizable so other cities could be included too (or at least have some options in place).

Overall this has been pretty useful as far getting insight how things might go with future elections or initiatives being put forth by my council members/city leaders etc., but also really good when looking back over time which campaigns were most successful within certain sectors of voters - allowing us better targetting efforts going forward if needed down voting lists vs increasing outreach where appropriate across those specific groups- all great value added tooling here!!
