We used to keep our old records in the milk crates but they seem to be gone. And we couldn't find new ones that were the right size. They have arrived and seem perfect so far. Delivery: fast, careful processing, appropriate packaging. Quality: no problems so far. I ordered the first 2, everything arrived. So much so that I just got my second pair. Ease of use: They are very easy to assemble. Plus, the aligned finger holes make it easier to lift (milk crates always dig into my hands). There are also labeling cards that make it easy to label as you wish. When not in use, they fold back for storage. Appearance: They look like the picture. black with metal fasteners on the sides. They're simple and don't bother you when you're sitting in the room. Can I recommend them to others? Yes - depending on the intended use. I wouldn't use them if I was constantly moving records around. I'm not sure how long these crates/crates will last with constant movement.
