I don't know how to get this out of the box! I assume that in order to remove the locks from the package I will have to take out the keys. However, I cannot remove the keys. I have nothing to break it. I am a disabled arthritic elderly person and would like to install these two locks on my gate to prevent people from entering my garden. But I can't get the locks out of the damn package. What were you thinking, MASTER LOCK? If the marketing department thinks this is an impressive package, think again. and fired the marketing team. For the consumer, this is disappointing with the packaging. I'm sending it back because I can't even open it!
