Works fine - Update

New Info: Worked fine for 6 weeks and then failed. Sent back for a refund. The devices still had power, but there was no data signal. Tried reboot, uninstall, reboot, install and reboot; still didn't work. Tried multiple combinations of which device was plugged into which ports to no avail. Too bad because it worked so well to the point of failure. I'm using it on an HP Z440 Workstation and as HP workstation owners know they worry when it comes to add on cards. Used 3 other brands of USB sticks that worked on one computer but not another. This is my trickiest car and the card works perfectly. It connects to PCIe slot X1. Note that the first time you turn on the computer after installing a BIOS card, it may take a few minutes for the card to be recognized and configured. It took a little over 3 minutes on my computer for the download to complete. This only applies to the first boot after installing the card, no delay thereafter. The only devices I've tested so far are the Canon PRO-100 printer and Canon LIDE 220 scanner. I've previously had problems with USB2 devices plugged into USB3 ports, no problem here. Please note that the scanner is powered by the card's USB3 port and will receive sufficient power.
