If you have an under counter reverse osmosis system you must have this refillable cartridge. My spring water has a low pH initially (6.7) and my reverse osmosis system that I use to filter PFAS and PFOS on the military base lowers it to 6.0. I use this cartridge filled with crushed Georgia marble to bring the pH down to an acceptable level of 6.9. I first tried the APEC calcite cartridge and it worked fine for 4 weeks. But due to my low pH, it was completely depleted in just a month.
