I like how easy it is to use, also love all of our features are free! If you want more advanced reporting or customization there's premium services available but those have very good support as well too which makes using them worth it overall compared with other platforms we've used previously (EasilyAlerts is great). It can be difficult at first getting set up if your not familiar with analytics tools/platforms. But once they walk through everything step by step its super straight forward from then on out so no issues here. We needed some way to monitor customer feedback about our products over time and this has been perfect for us since we started tracking user sentiment towards specific aspects of what we sell. It’s very easy to use, you can search by business category or location etc which is great! The customer service team are also amazing - always happy & willing go above what they need too with any issue we've had over our 2 year relationship (which isn't many). I have no complaints at all when using this software as it's been fantastic so far!! We're able monitor social media mentions of local competitors within certain categories such us restaurants/bars /beauty salons via google maps searches.
