I've used this product with several clients, it is very user friendly! It's also easy to use once you get familiarized w/the software - there are many features which can be customized depending upon your needs as well (and if they have those specific functions). The best of features it provides is ability to monitor website & social media accounts, we can access these through android app or even desktop version which makes this product quite handy since its mobile friendly too if you're using any other browser than chrome!
