The best of features it provides is ability to monitor website & social media accounts, we can access these through android app or even desktop version which makes this product quite handy since its mobile friendly too if you're using any other browser than chrome! Also has option so when certain word gets mentioned multiple times then our software will show only top 5 mentions but no more unless your purchase additional credits from them (which would be costly). I have seen some glitches while connecting with google drive however support agent assured me all are being sorted out by their team within next few months - not sure about yet how they gonna do because last time i checked there were still couple issues remaining unsolved :( 1) Support need improvement2.) Some words/phrases don't translate well into different languages due language rules applied 3.). You really should check whether each feature works fine before investing as The best thing about this software is how easy it is to use, I had no issues using this software at all. It was very simple to set up, I literally just followed the instructions and that's it! Nothing bad or anything like that. There was nothing I did not like about this product. This software is great, I highly recommend it. We are able to keep track of our customer feedback, which helps us improve our service.
