Good - Works as expected - Doesn't leak - Comes with all necessary parts and installation instructions Poor - Part The valve that attaches to the toilet doesn't work very well thought out for easy installation So what's the problem with the valve connector? The space behind and under the toilet is very limited. So if you're installing a manual bidet with a wrench or adjustable wrench, the port needs to have some flats for the wrench to grab onto. This connector only has two, so turning it is extremely difficult. To get the wrench to hold the connector, turn it less than half a turn, as the wrench can only access the round surface. Most portable bidets have 4 or more ports with flat surfaces to allow wrenches to properly hold the ports. Other than that, the bidet works great, it uses a small plane to open and close the water flow in addition to the main valve under the toilet.
