Review on Easycargo 10mm Heatsink Conductive Adhesive Cube by Billy Berry
Weak tape but decent quality.
Got this to cool the driver IC but with some heat the supplied adhesive started to peel off quite a bit. I solved this problem by removing the tape and cleaning the metal well, then using some thermal silicone instead. Although I now have to wait for the silicone to dry, it worked much better than duct tape alone.
- Can be used for passive cooling of VRM Vram VGA RAM, ICs, Voltage Regulators, MOSFETs, Drivers etc.
