Update after a year of use: It hangs with four beeps and a constant red light. I called customer service and Alex Cooper patiently helped me. Couldn't be happier. Just unbelievable! I really like the suction power, which I can set separately for carpet and parquet floors. I also like that I don't need the robot to get all my info like others through apps connected to God knows where in China! This robot comes with a remote control and doesn't need any apps! This is the second robot we have received after returning another brand that was three times the price of this one. I understand that robots with mopping functions are a waste of money at the moment. So we decided to only pay for what matters to us, including smart navigation and suction power.
