DANGEROUS! DANGEROUS! DANGEROUS!
Attention all reptile lovers. This lamp is very dangerous for animals and humans. I have tested this lamp with a Solarmeter 6.5 UVI meter and this lamp reads 199 or more at 12 inches! The UV meter CANNOT read UV at 10 inches or closer because it is outside the UV meter! A good UVI for most reptiles is below 20. This lamp can kill your reptiles, cause blindness or eye problems.
